This Shipping and Returns Policy forms part of our Terms of Service, which govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. Any capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you carefully review this policy before completing your purchase. Once your order is submitted, these terms will apply.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 If you cancel your order, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
1.2 If you cancel or return part of a bundled order, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Your refund will be recalculated based on the regular (non-bundled) price of the items you keep.
Example: If you purchased a sauna and a cold plunge tub together and received a $1,000 bundle discount, but later cancel or return one of the items, your refund will be reduced by that $1,000 discount.
2. General Shipping & Delivery Terms
2.1 By placing an order and requesting delivery to a specified address, you agree that:
(i) Natural Doctor may rely on the address provided; and
(ii) you will pay the shipping and handling fees shown at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Once your order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Any re-routing or re-shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove shipping and handling fees at any time. However, you will always have an opportunity to review applicable fees before placing your order.
2.3 Natural Doctor will select the shipping method, quantity, and carrier for your order. All products are shipped through third-party freight networks. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the products are delivered to your designated delivery location.
2.4 Any delivery times quoted on our website or otherwise communicated are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. Natural Doctor is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delivery delays.
2.5 Once your order has left our warehouse, we will email you tracking details, including a tracking code from the carrier. If you are unable to receive the shipment on the estimated delivery date, you must arrange for an authorized person to accept delivery. Any additional fees (such as re-delivery or storage charges) resulting from missed delivery will be your responsibility.
2.6 Any individual receiving the goods at the delivery address you provided will be deemed authorized to accept the shipment. If you designate another recipient, you agree that the same terms and conditions apply as if you had accepted the goods personally.
3. Delivery Methods
3.1 The default delivery method for all Natural Doctor products is curbside delivery.
For general information about our carriers and shipping process, please refer to the Shipping Information page. This information is for reference only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete. Natural Doctor reserves the right to use carriers or delivery services not listed on our website.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, you should assume your product will be delivered via curbside delivery. This means the packaged product will be delivered to the curb or another accessible area near your delivery address, as determined by the carrier.
3.3 If our carrier determines that curbside delivery is not feasible due to:
(i) the remoteness or inaccessibility of your location; or
(ii) the size or handling requirements of your order,
Natural Doctor will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method. These may include, at our discretion:

Delivery via a smaller third-party truck; or
-
Delivery to a nearby freight terminal or other facility for customer pickup.
3.4 Any shipping fee paid with your order will be applied toward the cost of the alternative delivery method. You acknowledge that alternative delivery may incur additional fees such as re-delivery, storage, or return freight costs, which will be your responsibility. Refusal to accept the alternative delivery method will be treated as a cancellation under Section 1 of this policy.
4. Delivery Responsibilities
4.1 You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery for any damage or missing items. Once the product is delivered and you have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect it, you assume full responsibility for proper handling, installation, storage, and use.
4.2 If any items listed on the shipping documents are missing at delivery, you must:

Note the missing items on the delivery receipt; and

Contact the carrier immediately to initiate a search for the missing items.
If the items cannot be located, please contact Natural Doctor Customer Support at naturaldoctorsauna.com.
4.3 If any products are damaged upon delivery, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify Natural Doctor within seven (7) days by emailing naturaldoctorsauna.com.
We will coordinate with the carrier to assess the damage. In some cases, Natural Doctor may choose to send replacement parts at our discretion. Any replacement parts provided are subject to our Terms of Service and related conditions.
4.4 Notwithstanding any other provision, Natural Doctor is under no obligation to issue credit, refund, or other compensation for lost or damaged goods except as expressly provided in this section.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
5.1 To initiate a return for any reason other than shipping damage or carrier-related issues, please contact Natural Doctor Customer Support at naturaldoctorsauna.com.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions determined at our discretion.
5.2 Products must be returned in their original wooden crate packaging.
After 30 days from delivery, we will no longer accept return or exchange requests. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information before processing a refund or credit. Unauthorized returns (without prior written consent) will not be refunded.
If your return is approved, we will issue a partial or full credit or refund to your original payment method, less any shipping, handling, or other applicable fees.
5.3 If you fail to comply with these requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit for the returned product.
